空心陰極燈使用常識
1 空心陰極燈出廠前通常廠家要進行老化（出廠前持續(xù)點亮數(shù)十小時，以使燈的性能達到），若用戶發(fā)現(xiàn)購買的新燈的性能差別較大，需要在用戶現(xiàn)場進行一段時間的老化后，再對燈的性能進行判斷。
2正常使用過程中若進行電流調(diào)節(jié)，應(yīng)緩慢進行，驟然將燈電流升高可能導(dǎo)致陰極表面發(fā)生噴射，影響燈的使用壽命，嚴重時還會使陰極破壞。
3 空心陰極燈如長期擱置不用，將會因漏氣、氣體吸附等原因而不能正常使用，甚至不能點亮。因此，建議每隔3個月將不常用的燈通電點亮2—3小時，以保持燈的性能并延長其使用壽命。
4 使用空心陰極燈，尤其是低熔點元素（如As、Se等）時，應(yīng)避免有較大的振動，用畢不能立即更換其他燈，需要冷卻后再換。
5 取放或裝卸空心陰極燈時，應(yīng)拿燈座，不要拿燈管，更不要碰燈的石英窗口，以防止燈管破裂或窗口被沾污，異致光能量下降。
6 空心陰極燈一旦打碎，陰極物質(zhì)暴露在外面為了防止陰極材料上的某些有害元素影響人體健康，應(yīng)按規(guī)定對有害材料進行處理，切勿隨便亂扔。
